How It Works
Sparky X offers a simple and convenient seasonal tire change solution available at your location. Here is how it works:
Book your appointment: Pease make sure you don’t book our mobile tire service on the same day when you have other contractors in your driveway, or on garbage collection days.
Technician’s arrival: the tire technician will arrive at your house on the agreed date and time. Please make sure there is 5 ft clearance around the vehicle that you wish to change the tires on. The tires that need to be installed on your car should be in your garage on the ground, or storage shed (for safety reasons, we don’t handle tires stored in attics, basements, or too high in the garage ceiling). We will need your car keys, wheel lock, and any additional hardware (aftermarket lug nuts, hub rings, hub caps, etc).
Changing your tires: we will inspect your tires for punctures, leaks, and we will inflate them. We will clean the back of the rim (contact surface), studs and discs. The tires will be installed and torqued according to your vehicle specifications. We will stack your old tires in your garage or nearby spot. TPMS sensors will be reset where required. Our tech will also provide you with valuable information about the condition of your brake pads and discs, or any other issues detected during the process of changing your tires.
Paying for service: for your convenience we accept debit, credit and all NFC payment apps (Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc). A receipt will always be provided.
