How it Works
If your Tesla has a punctured tire, our technician can fix it right where you are. Here is how it works:
Book our Tesla tire repair service: if you notice a flat tire or you see a low tire pressure on your Tesla’s touchscreen when you drive, pull over and book this service online, or call us.
Fixing your flat tire: our technician will arrive at your location, jack your Tesla using a low profile heavy duty hydraulic jack equipped with Tesla specific jack-pads, and remove the wheel that has a flat tire. The tire will be thoroughly inspected for punctures and fixed accordingly. The wheel will be re-installed, torqued and inflated for your Tesla model. In some cases when the tire is damaged badly, a temporary solution will be provided, so you can drive your EV to the nearest tire shop.
Payment for service: for your convenience, we accept all credit and debit cards and NFC pay methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. A receipt will be provided.
