At Sparky X, we use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance your customer experience by providing 24/7 technical support, instant tire quotes, and efficient service routing. Our AI, specifically Sparky X AI, is designed to augment our human technicians, not replace them.

2. How We Use AI on Our Website

  • Instant Assistance: We use generative AI agents to answer technical questions about tire fitment, EV-specific safety (like Tesla jacking pucks), and service area availability.

  • Quote Generation: AI helps process your vehicle information (Year, Make, Model) and tire sizes to provide rapid preliminary estimates.

  • Multilingual Support: Our AI can assist in multiple languages to ensure our diverse GTA community receives clear information in their preferred tongue.

3. Human Oversight ("Human-in-the-Loop")

  • Technician Review: No final service decision or complex technical advice is finalized without review by a qualified Sparky X technician.

  • Handover Protocol: You can request a human technician at any time during your chat. Once a technician joins the conversation, the AI assistant will be disabled for that session.

  • Accuracy Warning: While highly advanced, AI can occasionally produce "hallucinations" or factual errors. We recommend verifying critical safety specifications with our human team.

4. Data Privacy & Security

  • Personal Information: We do not use your personal contact data to "train" public AI models.

  • Data Minimization: We only collect the information necessary to fulfill your tire service request (e.g., vehicle type and location).

  • Secure Processing: All interactions are processed through secure, enterprise-grade AI frameworks that comply with Canadian privacy standards (PIPEDA/AIDA).

5. Prohibited Uses for Customers

To maintain a safe environment, users may not use our AI interface for:
