Work Location
- Driveway or workplace locations only
- Street-side service only where safe and permitted
Vehicle & Rim Condition
- Severe rim damage, seized lugs, broken studs, or corrosion may require additional specialized services
- No liability for pre-existing damage from over-torqued or stripped fasteners
Access & Clearance
- Tires must be on the ground or accessible within ~20 ft of the service unit
- Minimum 5 ft clearance required around the vehicle
- Winter: Driveways must be cleared and salted prior to arrival

- We are not responsible for tires not previously fitted/vetted for the vehicle
- Service may be refused if access or safety requirements are not met upon arrival
Off-Rim Mounting Protocol
Off-rim means the tires are removed from the wheels and a new set is installed on those same wheels. This requires professional mounting and balancing equipment, which our mobile units carry on-site.
Due to the complexity of dismounting, mounting, and computer-balancing, a full set of four tires typically takes **60–90 minutes** (90–120 minutes for Tesla/EV models) once our technician arrives.
Yes. Precision computer balancing is mandatory and included for all off-rim tire changes to ensure a smooth ride and prevent uneven wear on your new tires.
Absolutely. We can install customer-supplied tires from any major retailer. Alternatively, you can buy directly through Sparky X, and we will handle the sourcing, delivery, and professional installation in one visit.
