Lifetime Structural Warranty

1-Year Finish Warranty on Fully Painted Wheels*

Sparky X stands behind the products we install. We warrant that any alloy wheels purchased and installed through Sparky X Mobile Tire Shop will be free from structural defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

Additionally, all fully painted or Vapour Chrome (PVD) wheels are covered under a 3-year cosmetic warranty from the date of purchase. Wheels with machined, milled, polished, chrome-plated, or brushed aluminum finishes are warrantied against cosmetic defects for 1 year, due to their more delicate finish. For best results, please follow our wheel care and maintenance guidelines.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Warranty coverage is valid only to the original purchaser and only if you provide proof of purchase. Claims can be initiated directly through Sparky X. We'll inspect the product and determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

In cases where warranty applies, Sparky X will replace or repair the wheel at no cost to you and return it to you freight prepaid. If a wheel is found to be not covered, you may request it returned to you freight collect.

✅ What’s Covered

  • Peeling of clear coat, paint, or chrome finish

  • Paint bubbles or blemishes in the finish

  • Cracks or air leaks not caused by impact

  • Wheels that won’t hold air due to structural or cosmetic defects

  • Manufacturing defects in center bore or lug hole machining

  • Radial or lateral run-out greater than 0.020 inch (0.50 mm) with no signs of impact

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear or run-out less than 0.020 inch (0.50 mm)

  • Damage caused by impacts, off-roading, potholes, or improper installation

  • Cosmetic damage caused by poor maintenance, brake dust buildup, or corrosive chemicals (e.g. salt, acid cleaners)

  • Curb rash, chipping near lug holes, or misuse

  • Wheels purchased as "blemished" or "clearance" (structure only is warrantied)

  • Damage caused by spacers, adapters, or unapproved accessories

  • Wheels installed on incompatible vehicles or transferred between vehicles

  • Any wheel that has been altered, refinished, or repaired

  • Wheels not installed by Sparky X or installed without following our guidelines

Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to wheels installed by Sparky X and purchased through our network.

  • No other representation or warranty—written, oral, or otherwise—will be honored unless authorized by Sparky X in writing.

  • This warranty replaces any other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, where applicable by law.
