Return & Exchange Policy

I. THE "MOUNTED & INSTALLED" RULE

Strict Final Sale Policy: At Sparky X, we maintain a "Direct-Fit Guarantee." To ensure this, every product is fitment-confirmed and quality-checked by a TIA-Certified Technician prior to installation.

  • Mounted Products: Once a tire has been mounted on a wheel, or a wheel has been bolted to a vehicle, the product is considered Used and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. * Rationale: Mounting a tire creates "bead seating" marks and balancing weight residue, which permanently alters the product from a "New" state and prevents resale.

II. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (Unused & Unmounted Only)

If you have purchased products but have not yet had them installed, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery/purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The product must be in brand-new, unmounted, and un-scrubbed condition.

  • Packaging: Original labels and packaging must be intact.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover logistics and specialized handling.

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return freight/transportation costs unless the return is due to a documented Sparky X fulfillment error.

III. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Any tire or wheel that has been mounted, balanced, or installed.

  • TPMS Sensors: Once programmed or installed into a wheel.

  • Special Orders: Any product specifically ordered for a non-standard vehicle fitment.

  • Clearance/Blemished Items: Sold as-is.

  • Labor & Service Fees: Mobile dispatch fees and installation labor are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

IV. DEFECTS & "OUT-OF-BOX" ISSUES

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Reporting: You must notify Sparky X within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Verification: Do not attempt to install a damaged or incorrect product. Installation of a damaged item constitutes "acceptance" and voids your right to an immediate exchange.

  • Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is verified by our TIA-certified techs, we will facilitate a replacement through the Manufacturer’s Warranty process.

V. CUSTOMER FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY

While Sparky X provides fitment guidance based on industry databases, the final responsibility for compatibility lies with the customer—particularly for modified vehicles (lifted, lowered, or spacers). We strongly recommend a physical test-fit of wheels prior to mounting tires.

VI. LEGAL DISCLOSURES (Ontario CPA)

This policy complies with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. By finalizing your booking or purchase, you acknowledge that you were provided this policy in a clear and understandable manner prior to the transaction.

  • No "Remorse" Returns: Sparky X does not offer refunds for "change of mind" or aesthetic preferences once the product is installed.

  • Limited Liability: Sparky X is not liable for any secondary costs, including loss of vehicle use or third-party labor charges.
