Return & Exchange Policy

At Sparky X Mobile Tire Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. However, due to the nature of custom-fitment, tire wear, and mobile installation, we have specific conditions for returns and exchanges. Please read carefully before purchasing.

🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON INSTALLED PRODUCTS

Once tires or wheels are mounted, installed, or used, they are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturer defect covered under warranty. We strongly encourage you to confirm fitment, size, and condition prior to installation.

✅ Eligible Returns – Unused Products Only

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The product is unused, unmounted, and in brand-new condition.

  • The original packaging is intact.

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  • Return was pre-authorized by Sparky X.

A restocking fee of 20% may apply, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless Sparky X made an error in the order.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Mounted or installed tires/wheels

  • Used products

  • Custom orders or special fitments

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • TPMS sensors once installed

  • Sale/clearance items

🚚 Order Issues or Defects

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or installation. We’ll work quickly to assess and resolve the issue through replacement or manufacturer warranty, if applicable.

🔧 Fitment Responsibility

Sparky X can help guide tire and wheel fitment, but the final responsibility lies with the customer to ensure compatibility with their vehicle, especially when custom or aftermarket sizing is involved. If you're unsure, please ask us before purchase.

Sparky X reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions. We are not responsible for any labor costs, installation fees, vehicle damage, or indirect losses resulting from product use or installation.
