The Nankang Sportnex CR-S (and the updated CR-S V2) is an extreme-performance summer tire specifically engineered for club racers, autocross enthusiasts, and track-day veterans. While it carries a 200 treadwear rating to comply with street-class racing regulations, it offers a significant leap in raw lap-time performance compared to the older AR-1. Designed with experience from Nankang’s motorsport department, the CR-S balances extreme dry grip with improved heat management and wet-weather capability.
